I ordered my crystal headpiece for the wedding on June 11 from House of Brides. I called them on July 9th because I had yet to receive the product, an email, or any proof I had ordered the piece. I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer my phone call Then I took part in the vaguest converstation I had ever been a part of. The woman on the phone used the word "approximately" about 30 times (and I'm not exaggerating)... "When do you expect the company to ship the item?" "Well... ummm... they should send the product out approximately a week from now." AHHHHHH!!!!
I got an email this morning (July 15th) that said the company had received the order and the item was expected to ship THE END OF AUGUST!!! The wedding is AUGUST 21ST!!! I was on hold for 63 minutes this time (yes, SIXTY THREE)!!! I had to hang up the phone because I had arrived at work... what the heck people!?!?! While you're waiting on hold, their pre-recorded message claims they pride themselves on customer service... really? Who told you that?!!?
I'm in desperate need of some patience, people... pray for me please...

That is really such an awful customer service experience! So sorry you had to go thru it. I hoep you manage to get things sorted out somehow. Congratz on your wedding!! It's soo exciting. Have a lovely merry happy day and love to you!
Girl, that is horrible! I'm so sorry. Bad customer service is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves! Make sure you put them on blast on Yelp!

No, I have sent them a long email detailing my troubles with their company, and in that email I also state that I will be escalating it further to the Better Business Bureau, and will also be calling my back to cancel the order. They have messed with the wrong person. I have my mother's blood in me... I know what to do...
